Due to the regulated nature of our products, our refund and return policies are structured to ensure safety, compliance, and fairness.

Ammunition Sales – Final Sale

All ammunition sales are final.

For safety, security, and regulatory reasons, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once it has left our control, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect caliber selection by the customer

  • Over-ordering or change of mind

  • Delays caused by carriers or third-party logistics providers

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Ammunition that is defective upon arrival, or

  • An incorrect item due to our fulfillment error

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review, please contact us at support@munitions.us.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Non-Ammunition Items

For eligible non-ammunition merchandise (if applicable):

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return authorization must be approved before shipment

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.
We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

  • Failure to comply with local laws

  • Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information

  • Carrier restrictions beyond our control

Any refund issued will be less all shipping, handling, and restocking costs, where permitted by law.
