Black Hills loads this Gold series cartridge with the TSX projectile by Barnes. All 130 grains of the bullet are made of copper, which means you won’t be inserting any heavy metal into your trophy before turning it into chili. The TSX’s accuracy is superb courtesy of its pressure-relieving Accu-Groove and precision heel radius, as well as the fundamentally balanced nature of an unjacketed monolithic projectile. The TSX’s narrow yet deep nose cavity produces four deadly “cutting petals” on impact. And because copper is so much hardier than lead, you can realistically expect up to 100% weight retention from the deep-penetrating TSX!
