The Black Hills ammunition company was founded in 1981 by Jeff & Kristi Hoffman. Jeff Hoffman retired from law enforcement after serving for 37 years. While on the job, Jeff inspected every round he carried on duty. He’s continued that practice into his company making sure that every round is hand inspected by his quality control staff.
These .223 62gr TSX rounds are little beasts! These impressive rounds are close to breaking the sound barrier, well that may be an exaggeration, but they’re crazy fast! With a muzzle velocity of 3025 FPS and energy listed at 1260 Ft. Lbs. these tiny missiles will do some serious damage! Loaded with Barnes Triple-Shock rounds that are lead free and 100% copper.
